Worldwide Shipping
For customers outside the listed EU countries, we offer Worldwide Shipping.
- Automatic Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
- Custom Solutions: If you require a specific shipping method, bulk delivery, or have special logistics needs, we are happy to help. Please send your request to shop@voblery.eu, and we will find a custom solution for you.
⏱ Delivery Times
- Poland: 1–3 business days.
- European Union: 3–7 business days.
- Worldwide: depending on the destination and customs procedures.
All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via email.
Essential Information
- EU Orders: No additional customs duties or import taxes apply for shipments within the EU.
- Non-EU Orders: For international shipments outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied by the destination country.
- Right of Withdrawal: EU residents have the right to return purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition.
- Customer Absence: In the event of the Customer's absence at the indicated address, costs related to additional delivery attempts will be charged to the Customer. For consumers, this provision does not apply in cases of random events or circumstances beyond the consumer's control or responsibility.
- Package Inspection: Upon delivery, the Customer is requested to check, in the presence of the courier, whether the shipment is intact, undamaged, and consistent with the Order. Receipt must be confirmed with the courier.
- Damaged or Inconsistent Goods: If the shipment is found to be damaged, incomplete, or inconsistent with the Order, the Customer should refuse the shipment and report this fact immediately to the courier. This is necessary for the courier to prepare a formal Return Protocol.
