You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU No. 119, p. 1);
