2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
a). We reserve that due to reasons beyond our control (lack of goods from suppliers, etc.), we can fulfill the order partially. If there are problems with the execution of the order, the shop will inform the buyer within 3 days.
b). In the event that the buyer requests 100% of the implementation, we suggest choosing the form of payment at the cash desk. Prepayment to the account.
c). The User agrees to receive information from the Online Store necessary to complete the order to the e-mail address provided by him.
d). The user may make his account available to third parties at his own risk and responsibility.
e). In the event of changes to the personal data contained in the registration form. The user will update them.
f). The user has the right to request the administrator to immediately delete his personal data, also known as the "right to be forgotten" by sending an e-mail to the following address: shop@fishingstock24.pl
g). If you wish to issue a VAT invoice, please mark the option I want to receive a VAT invoice and complete the form correctly at the checkout.

i). It is possible to collect the ordered goods in person in Katowice. More information in pt. 6 of the Regulations.
j). Products ordered for a customer's special order according to Annex 4 to the regulations will be ordered in the supplier's / manufacturer's warehouse only after paying an advance of 60% of the value of such product / products. The products ordered in this way do not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract - in accordance with Annex 1 to the Regulations.
The amount of the deposit will be individually confirmed to the customer after checking the availability in the manufacturer's / distributor's warehouse. Please pay only after receiving individual confirmation.
k). To use the Website, the following are required: Internet access and a Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser, version not lower than 5.0 or Mozilla Firefox, version not lower than 2.0. Using the Services provided via e-mail requires an active and correctly configured e-mail account.
l). It is forbidden for the Customer to provide any illegal content.
m). The sales contract is concluded in Polish.
n). The products in the basket are stored by the shop system for a period of 30 days. After this time, the basket is automatically reset.
3. POSSIBLE METHODS OF PLACING AN ORDER, CHANGES TO THE ORDER

You must have the following product data ready: name, index (exactly for each character appearing in it), quantity and price.
In order to complete an order by phone, an e-mail address is required to confirm the order.
c). Order by e-mail
When ordering in this way, please provide the following information:
- product data: index (exactly for each character appearing in it), name, quantity and price
- shipping data
- contact telephone number
d). For orders placed by phone, e-mail or through the store system without registration, loyalty program points are not charged.
e). The minimum amount of the ordered goods is PLN 50 (gross).
f). Changes to the order, ordering the goods to the existing order
At the request of a retail customer sent by e-mail, we can make changes to the order up to a maximum of 1 day from its submission - of course, if the order has not already been packed or shipped by us.
In this case, the changes may concern:
- adding a new product
- resignation from the ordered product
The customer is always informed about changes in the order by e-mail. If you want to make changes, please reply to the e-mail received within 24 hours of its receipt.
In this case, the changes may concern:
- acceptance of the changes (we do not require contact for this purpose)
- adding a new product (please provide the product index)
- resignation from the entire order
The possibility of changing the order does not apply to orders concluded with business entities, which are treated as final without the possibility of their later modification.
Orders are processed according to the order of receipt of the order and the date of its submission.
If another order (s) is sent to the pending order with a request to merge, in which case the combined orders will be processed according to the date of receipt of the last one.
Products ordered separately after two days from placing the first order will be treated as a separate order with the added cost of shipping.

h). Adding a product to the cart
Adding a product to the cart does not mean that the product is reserved, it is only temporary storage until the order is completed.
In the event of a change in the price of the product, the price in the basket will change, the same if the product is removed from the offer, it will be automatically removed from the basket.
4. LOYALTY PROGRAM, PROMOTIONS
a). Loyalty program

The prizes selected by the customer are always sent with the order appropriate for the fishing equipment.
The prizes are only realized if they are submitted via the shop system.
Awards sent by e-mail or entered in the order in the order notes field are not realized.
b). Products with a promotional price
Promotions are valid while stocks last.
In products with a promotional price, we do not guarantee a quantity greater than one item of the ordered goods.
