1. General information

1.1. The following regulations govern the rules for placing Orders in the Online Store   Voblery.eu operating at: https://www.voblery.eu , which is run by the Seller.

Customer - this means a natural person with at least limited legal capacity and at least 18 years of age, as well as a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality.

Store - this means the online store run by the Seller at the Internet address https://www.voblery.eu

Goods or Goods - this means the goods or goods offered by the Seller for retail sale, available in the Store.

Price - this means the price of the Goods placed next to each Good. For customers residing in Poland, product prices are given in Polish zloty. For buyers from outside Poland, prices may be presented in Euro, depending on the customer's country of residence. Prices include VAT (gross prices). The price does not include the costs of delivering the Goods to the place indicated by the Customer (see: Costs of delivering the Goods).

Suppliers - this means a courier company or other entities delivering Orders placed in the Store and cooperating with the Seller.

Costs of delivering the Goods - this means the costs related to the delivery of the Goods ordered by the Customer.

Order - this means an order for the Goods or Goods (purchase offer) placed in the Store by the Customer in accordance with these Regulations.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process the Order in the event of obvious errors on the Store's websites, consisting in incorrect display of the price or availability of the Goods.

1.3. The information provided on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 98, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code". They constitute an invitation to submit offers. by customers.

2. Registration and conditions for placing Orders

2.1. The Customer may place an Order after:

a) placing an Order using the order form on the Store's website,

b) correctly completing the personal data form and for delivery of the Order,

c) reading and accepting the Store Regulations.

2.2. In the Order, the Customer may additionally indicate the data required to issue a VAT invoice if he/she requests the issuance of a VAT invoice.

2.3. The customer can register on the Store's website. Registration activities are performed once. The login and password set by the Customer are confidential.

2.4. By placing an Order, the Customer accepts these Regulations.

3. Order fulfillment and time

3.1. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail with information about its parameters. The Customer confirms the placed Order by clicking on the confirmation link provided in the e-mail.

3.2. Placing and confirming an Order by the Customer on the Store's website does not constitute concluding a sales contract. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the availability of the Goods by changing the order status to "Accepted for execution". The customer will receive an e-mail about the start of the order.

3.3. The payment for the Goods and the costs of delivering the Goods may be settled by transfer to a bank account.

3.4. The order processing time is counted from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller's account in the case of payment by bank transfer or card, or from the moment the Customer confirms the Order in the case of choosing the cash on delivery method.

3.5. The order processing time is, depending on the type of product ordered, from 24 hours to 10 business days.

3.6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process Orders:

a) submitted on an incorrectly completed order form,

b) after an unsuccessful attempt to confirm the Order,

c) submitted in violation of these Regulations.

3.7. The Seller provides the Customer with the Goods covered by the Order together with a sales document in the form of a fiscal receipt or a VAT invoice issued at the Customer's request. A VAT invoice is issued provided that the data required when placing the Order and necessary for its issuance are correctly completed.

3.8. The terms of the sales contract are specified in these Regulations, applicable legal provisions and any individual arrangements between the Seller and the Customer.

3.9. The Customer ordering Goods from the Seller undertakes to collect the Goods and pay the Price indicated by the Seller along with the Costs of delivering the Goods.

4.0. The order processing time is counted from the moment of positive payment authorization.

4. Payment rules

4.1. The payment for the Goods and any costs of delivering the Goods may be settled in one of the forms selected by the Customer described in point. 4.2 and 4.3 below.

4.2. In the case of prepayment made by bank transfer to the Seller's bank account, the transfer order should include in the transfer title: the Customer's name and surname and the Order number. The amount should be transferred to the bank account:

4.3. In the case of payment via PayPal, a handling fee is added to the total payment for the order. This fee is 3% of the total order amount + a fixed fee of PLN 0.80.

4.4. The entity providing online payment services is Blue Media SA

5.5 Available payment methods:

5. Delivery of the ordered Goods

5.1. The Seller delivers the ordered Goods by courier or to InPost parcel lockers via the Supplier.

5.2. Shipment via the Supplier is carried out within the time specified for each product, counted from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller's account in the case of payment by bank transfer or. This time does not include days off from work. The current cost of delivering the Goods is provided on the Store's website.

5.3. In special cases of temporary lack of goods from the manufacturer, the order processing time may be longer than the time given for a given product. In such a case, the Customer will be informed immediately about this fact and about the expected order completion date.

5.4. In the event of the Customer's absence at the address indicated in the Order, the costs related to the additional Delivery will be charged to the Customer. If the Customer is a consumer, the provisions of this point do not apply in the event of random events or cases not attributable to the consumer or for which the consumer is not responsible.

5.5. When delivering the Goods, the Customer is asked to check, in the presence of the Supplier, whether the shipment has not been damaged during transport, whether it is intact and consistent with the Order and to confirm receipt of the Order to the Supplier.

5.6. If the shipment is found to be damaged, incomplete or inconsistent with the Order, the Customer should not accept the shipment and report this fact on-site to the supplier of the Goods in order for the Supplier to prepare a Return Protocol.

5.7. The Seller also provides for the possibility of personal collection of the Goods at the Seller's sales point. The ordered Goods are collected by the Customer or a person authorized by him (authorization requires written form), at the Seller's designated sales point, after prior confirmation of the date by the Store's administration by e-mail or telephone.

6. Return and exchange of Goods

6.1. Pursuant to Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act", a Customer who is a consumer is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Goods

6.2. The returned or exchanged Goods should be complete, unused, and must not bear any traces of use.

6.3. The seller will refund the amount received for the returned goods within 10 business days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by postal order to the address indicated in the order. A correction invoice is issued

at the time of receipt of the returned goods at the manufacturer's warehouse.

6.4. The Customer, with the consent of the Seller, may , within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Customer, exchange the Goods for another one or withdraw from the purchase contract without the consent of the Seller.

6.5. In the event of an exchange of the Goods, the paid Price will be included in the Price of the newly ordered Goods, and any difference in the Price will be paid by the Customer or refunded by the Seller accordingly.

6.6. In the event of a complaint/return of a damaged product, please attach a copy of the Damage Report prepared by the courier.

6.7 If there is a need to refund funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will refund the money to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party's payment card.

6.8. If the delivery is inconsistent with the order placed, the ordering party is obliged to inform the seller within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order to the address ___________________ with confirmation of receipt of the message with clear information about the missing products together with an attached photo of all received articles and a photo of the main packaging in which the shipment was delivered. Applications submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery will not be considered.

6.7 Return of goods is covered by the customer.

7. Warranty and complaints about goods

7.1. Pursuant to the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code of July 27, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, item 1176, as amended) towards Customers who are consumers, the Seller is liable for the non-compliance of the Goods with the contract. . In the case of Customers who are not consumers, the Seller is liable under the principles set out in the Civil Code.

7.2. When submitting a complaint, the Customer sends the Goods to the following address:

7.3. The Seller will inform the Customer about the consideration of the complaint within 14 days of submitting the complaint. The Customer should provide contact details in the complaint form enabling contact with the Customer within the period specified in the first sentence of this point, in particular the telephone number or e-mail address. The given deadline, in the case of Buyers who are not Consumers, is only indicative.

8. Seller's liability

8.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the Customer placing an Order incorrectly or contrary to the Regulations, in particular incorrect completion of the registration form or order form.

8.2. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, towards Customers who are not consumers, the Seller's liability is limited to losses and does not include lost profits, and may not exceed the amount of the Price.

9. Personal data protection

9.1. By registering or placing an order in the Store, the Customer consents to the Seller collecting and processing personal data provided in the form within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Protection of Personal Data", for the purpose of executing Orders.

9.2. The Customer may consent to receiving advertising and commercial information from the Seller sent via electronic means of communication. Expressing consent is not a condition for the execution of the Order. This consent is granted by the Customer by checking the appropriate option on the application form.

9.3. The customer has the right to view and correct the personal data provided, as well as to request deletion of the data.

10. Final provisions

1. The Regulations come into force when announced on the Store's website.

2. The Seller is entitled to make changes to the Regulations with future effect. Changes to the Regulations come into force when they are announced on the Store's website. Changes may not violate the Ordering Party's rights arising from Orders placed before the change was introduced.

PayPal system - Products are shipped immediately after the online store receives confirmation of the payment in PayPal. This process takes up to approximately 4 hours. In the case of this payment, a handling fee is added to the total amount of the order. This fee is 3% of the total order amount.

e) transfer of your personal data to Alior Bank. ("Bank") in connection with:

a. provision by the Bank to the Online Store of the service of providing infrastructure for processing payments via the Internet (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

b. handling and settlement by the Bank of payments made by customers of the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

c. in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers' interests in connection with their complaints (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

c) providing your personal data in connection with the possibility of offering payment for the purchased goods or services by BLUE MEDIA SA, PRZELEWY 24, PAYPAL as part of a mandate contract covering a purchasing formula and making this purchasing formula available through the Online Store, as well as for the purpose of verification by BLUE MEDIA SA, PRZELEWY 24, PAYPAL for the proper performance of such mandate contracts (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in section 3 and 4, your personal data may be made available by the Online Store to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may be:

If you provide your personal data in order to conclude an agreement with the Online Store, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this Agreement. In the event of transfer of your personal data to BLU MEDIA SA, PRZELEWY 24, PAYPAL in connection with the possibility of offering you to pay the price for the goods or services purchased by you through BLU MEDIA SA, PRZELEWY 24, PAYPA under a contract of mandate including the "Buy with Twisto" purchasing formula and making this formula available through the Online Store, providing this data and processing it for this purpose is required in connection with the business model of business adopted by the Online Store and in order to implement the contract concluded between the Online Store and BLUE MEDIA SA, TRANSFER 24, PAYPAL.
